Pastor Spomer has been the pastor of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church since August 2002. He moved here from Evansville, Indiana with his wife and their three younger children; the oldest is working in Florida. Previously he was pastor at Concordia Lutheran Church for 12 years. He graduated from Mankato State University in Minnesota with degrees in Philosophy and Law Enforcement, and received his Master of Divinity degree from Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne, Indiana.  Pastor Spomer enjoys target shooting, muscle cars, and kissing schnauzers on the nose.

Church Secretary

Deborah has been a member of Good Shepherd since 1988 and has been Church Secretary for over 10 years.  She's the secret behind the smooth and efficient management of church affairs.

The Church Council is made up of church members who serve as officers and on committees that manage the operation of the church.

Good Shepherd is fortunate to have many members who enjoy sharing their talents as musicians, ushers, acolytes, and on the Altar Guild to make our worship not only reverent, but lovely and uplifting.
